Lodging will be at at Stavnsholtskolen, next to Farum Arena, and is included in the team-fee. Each team will be allocated a classroom where you can sleep on the floor – so you should to bring some kind of mattres and a sleeping bag.
For teams who wish to stay at a hotel we can recommend Farum Park, a local Sports and Conference Center next to the soccer stadium. If you decide to stay at Farum Park, you must handle the booking yourselves. In that case please let us know that you will not require accomodation at the school.
Arrival
The school will be open from 8 pm Friday evening. There will be Kong Volmer Ultimate staff present at the school who will direct you to your room.
Departure
On Sunday please please leave the school before noon and bring your luckage to the arena (or your cars).
Food & drinks
Breakfast Saturday and Sunday is included in the team fee. In the sports arena there will be a cafeteria where you can get soft drinks, food and snacks.
Party
There will be a dinner and party Saturday evening at the school where you are staying. Dinner will start aproximately at 7 pm and the party starts afterwards. Beer, wine, soft drinks, etc. will be sold at very reasonable prices. The party is optional and you have to tell us how many people will participate when you register for the tournament.
