The registration process will take place in two steps.
First you apply for a spot in the tournament. Once the registration deadline has been reached we will decide which teams will get a spot in the tournament based on team strength, previous appearences and number of teams from that country. When you get a spot in the tournament you will have to pay the team fee to secure your spot. If the teamfee is not payed on time we will give the spot to another team. You can see the timeline below.
Timeline:
- 21 September
- Registration opens.
- 14 October
- Registration closes.
- 17 October
- List of participating teams and waiting list is published. Each team will receive an email with further information.
- 31 October
- Payment deadline. Teams who have not paid their teamfee may loose their spot to a team on the waiting list.
- 9 November
- The tournament schedule is published.
- Payment deadline for party.
- 19 November
- First games start at 9 am.
- 20 November
- Closing ceremony ends at 5 pm.
