Ragnarok is practicing outdoor from late January to get advantage against other European teams early in the season. Fighting wind, snow, rain and freezing weather, we’ve been already through nearly all the basics of every important aspect of ultimate:
- -warm up, stretching(static, dynamic), cool down
- -running technique, everything about long distance
- -running technique, everything on short distance sprints
- -basics on core strength/jumping exercises, low to middle to high level intensity
- -technique on long throws
- -defense marking/offense fakes
- -break throws
Right now, we are pretty confident about Ragnarok’s core players. We are getting more effective on running, getting faster, becoming better throwers and getting more and more confident about our strengths while heading for xEUCF and WUCC2010 in Prague.
There’s been lot of reorganizations/innovations inside of the team and WCU is going to be our 1st testing tournament with all the innovations and new squad! Stay tuned!
